Want to strengthen and tone your body but can't find the time to make it to the gym? We've got you covered! Break away from your desk and hit the mats downstairs for an energising 45 minute, full body workout. All levels welcome, bookings are essential

Have you wanted to try yoga but get intimidated by the big studios? Or maybe you are already a seasoned yogi but find it challenging to get to your weekday yoga classes. No matter what your skill level, our Vinyasa yoga classes are designed for everyone. So book your spot today and get your flow on!

Tuesday Pilates 12:00pm - 12:45pm

Thursday Yoga 12:00pm - 12:45pm

Thursday Guided Meditation 1:00pm - 1:30pm

WHERE:

Located at the End of Trip facilities at lower level (next to the bike racks and across from the locker rooms)

WHAT TO BRING:

YOGA & PILATES
Come in comfortable active wear, no shoes required. Complimentary yoga mats are available on a first in best dressed basis. You are welcome to bring your own mat or use a towel to practice on as well. Bottle water and towel optional. 

GUIDED MEDITATION

Come as you are! No need to change, however we will be sitting on the floor or propped up against the wall so ideally something you can sit on the ground comfortably in :)

HOW TO BOOK:

NEW BOOKING SYSTEM IS NOW ACTIVE!

As space is limited bookings are essential. We have also switched over to a new booking system that now offers a "wait list" option that will enable us to run classes more smoothly. Yippy!

Note you are still only able to reserve a spot for classes on the upcoming week (ie: to reserve a spot for next Tuesday's Pilates class you will only be able to book starting this Tuesday). Should your desired class be fully booked, the online system will then offer you the option to put register for the wait list. Simply follow those prompts and an automated email will be sent to you should a spot become available for that class.

CANCELATION POLICY:

If you are unable to attend the class you signed up for, please cancel online a minimum of 3 hours prior to class start time. You will not be able to cancel your class within those 3 hours prior to class start time and if you miss 3 classes within 30 days we will have suspend your account.
