Once you have selected the service, day and time that is right for your company through our easy online booking system, we then roll out everything you need to make sure your company gets the biggest ROI on your new fitness initiative. Below is a list of services that are included in all Urban Flow fitness classe

    • A4 flier design for you to print out post around your office, in the break room, at front desk etc.

    • Digital advertising for placement on any lift screens, front of office displays etc.

  • Access to online booking system
    • Live booking link for your employees to reserve their spot in class
    • Email and SMS reminders sent prior to class to reduce drop out rates
    • Google and iCalendar invitations sent when students register for classes 
    • Class attendance tracking

    • You're HR team will never have to worry about an instructor arriving with dread locks or insinuating any religious affiliation with chanting!

      • essential oils 
      • cleaning material
      • any props or fitness equipment necessary (ie: boxing gloves for boxing class or weights for HIIT class)
